We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with a great sea view, and the blackout curtains ensured a restful night's sleep. The breakfast was amazing, with a good selection of cereals and a delicious full Welsh breakfast. The hotel staff were friendly and approachable, and we received excellent service from Jane, the housekeeper, who went out of her way to provide us with extra soft pillows. The location was perfect, right on the promenade and close to the city center and Venu Cymru. Parking was also convenient and free.
There was nothing we didn't like.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location in the heart of the city was perfect as it was close to everything downtown. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness was exceptional. Plus, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

La ubicación en el corazón de esta ciudad es excelente. Está cerca del centro y a pocos minutos de la estación de metro y trenes. We loved the convenience of the hotel's location, just a short walk from the central train station. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, making for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel facilities were well-designed and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
